Terms
These terms have not yet been through legal review. What is below describes how the product behaves today, so nothing here is a surprise — but it is not the final agreement and will be replaced before launch.
Trial and billing
Every firm starts with 14 days free, on the plan they would otherwise be paying for, so nothing changes shape when the trial ends. Billing is monthly and handled by Paddle, who act as merchant of record.
If a payment fails
There is a 7-day grace period, during which nothing changes. After that, an account becomes limited: no new requests can be sent and no new reminders go out. Read access, exports, and a client’s ability to send what they were already asked for all continue — a billing problem between us and a firm should not reach that firm’s clients.
Your data
It stays yours. You can export it at any time, including after cancelling. See the privacy page for where it is stored and who can reach it.
